Petaluma (CLOSED EFFECTIVE 7/30/26)
The Petaluma location will no longer be available for services after July 30th, 2026.
• Immunotherapy injections will be offered after that date at the location of your choosing. Santa Rosa-Monday through Friday, or North San Rafael Wednesday through Friday. Please let your Immunotherapy Nurse (Shot Room) know what your preference is during your next visit.
• All appointments scheduled in Petaluma after July 30th, 2026, will need to be rescheduled with our staff to either office. Please contact us at your earliest convenience if this situation applies to you.
